現代語訳
一、万治三子年（1660年）四月、家督を継ぎ、御知行五百五十石を相違なく拝領した。外様組付に仰せ付けられ、赤羽仁右衛門組に入り、御城御番を相勤めた。
一、寛文二寅年（1662年）八月、江戸勤番のため登府し、翌卯年（1663年）二月に帰国した。
一、同六午年（1666年）五月、物頭に仰せ付けられた。
一、同八申年（1668年）三月、江戸勤番のため登府し、同年九月に帰国した。
一、同十二子年（1672年）八月、（藩主の）お供として勤番のため登府し、一陣を相勤め、帰国した。
一、延宝六午年（1678年）四月、（藩主の）お供として勤番のため登府し、一陣を相勤め、帰国した。

Item: In the 4th month of Manji 3, the year of the Rat (1660), he inherited the family headship and was granted a stipend of 550 koku without discrepancy. He was assigned to the Tozama-gumi (outside vassals unit) and placed in the unit of Akabane Jinemon, where he performed castle guard duties.
Item: In the 8th month of Kanbun 2, the year of the Tiger (1662), he traveled to Edo for rotation duty (kinban), and returned home in the 2nd month of the following year of the Rabbit (1663).
Item: In the 5th month of the same 6th year, the year of the Horse (1666), he was appointed as a Monohead (物頭, unit commander).
