柴五右衛門吉機の女（娘）
一、貞享二丑年（1685）九月、跡式御知行五百五十石、相違なく下し置かれ、萱野権兵衛組にて御城御番を相勤めた事。
一、同三寅年（1686）十月、勤番として江戸表へ罷り登った所、翌卯年（1687）四月、御上京の御供を仰せ付けられ、江戸より直接御供を相勤め、同五月に罷り下った事。
一、同四卯年（1687）十月、物頭役を仰せ付けられ、御弓足軽を御預けなされた事。
一、元禄元辰年（1688）六月、御入部の節、御宿まで罷り越し御供仕るべき旨を仰せ付けられ、組を召し連れ福良まで罷り出て御供仕った事。
一、同年九月、江戸へ勤番として罷り登り、翌巳年（1689）二月に罷り下った事。
一、同六酉年（1693）九月、江戸へ勤番として罷り登り、翌戌年（1694）三月に罷り下った事。

Item: In the 9th month of Jōkyō 2 (1685), the year of the Ox, he was granted, without discrepancy, the inherited stipend (atoshiki go-chigyō) of 550 koku, and served as castle guard (go-shiro go-ban) in the unit of Kayano Gonbei.
Item: In the 10th month of the same 3rd year (1686), the year of the Tiger, he traveled up to Edo for duty rotation (kinban). The following month, the 4th month of the year of the Rabbit (1687), he was ordered to accompany the lord on his journey to Kyoto, serving as escort directly from Edo, and returned in the 5th month of the same year.
Item: In the 10th month of the same 4th year (1687), the year of the Rabbit, he was appointed to the post of Monoganashira (unit commander), and was entrusted with command of the lord's ashigaru bowmen (go-yumi ashigaru).
Item: In the 6th month of Genroku 1 (1688), the year of the Dragon, upon the lord's entry into the domain (go-nyūbu), he was ordered to go out to meet the lord's lodging and serve as escort. He led his unit and went out as far as Fukura to serve as escort.
Item: In the 9th month of the same year, he traveled up to Edo for duty rotation, and returned in the 2nd month of the following year of the Snake (1689).
Item: In the 9th month of the same 6th year (1693), the year of the Rooster, he traveled up to Edo for duty rotation, and returned in the 3rd month of the following year of the Dog (1694).
