一、明和五子年七月、親の願いの通り、御番代に仰せ付けられ、日向三郎右衛門組に入り、御城御番を相勤め候事。
一、安永四未年五月、御供番に仰せ付けられ候事。
一、同五申年三月、御供として勤番のため罷り上り、同十月罷り下り候。
但し、御道中ならびに陣中、不参なく相勤め候段、仰せ出され候。もっとも、此の後、勤番・立帰り共に、毎度御称美仰せ出され候事。

Iemon Mitsumura (childhood/first name: Shichiroku; born on the 27th day of the 7th month of Genbunn 4, the year of the Sheep).
Biological father: Eldest son of Shichirozaemon Mitsuhiro.
Wife: Daughter of Uwazaki Jūbei Hiroki (died of illness on the 11th day of the 4th month of Bunka 9, the year of the Monkey; posthumous Buddhist name: Reikō Moshō Daishi; burial place: same as above).
1. In the 7th month of Meiwa 5, the year of the Rat: In accordance with his parent's petition, he was appointed as replacement guard (bандай), placed under the unit of Hinata Saburōemon, and performed duty as castle guard.
2. In the 5th month of An'ei 4, the year of the Sheep: He was appointed to escort guard duty (otomo-ban).
3. In the 3rd month of An'ei 5, the year of the Monkey: He traveled to Edo to serve in the escort party, and returned home in the 10th month of the same year.
However, it was officially proclaimed that he had performed his duties without a single absence, both along the road and while stationed. Furthermore, thereafter, on every occasion of both departures for duty and returns, he received official commendation.
