一、同年十月、勤番として江戸表へ罷り登り、一陣相勤め罷り下った事。

(Continued from previous page) One: (At the time of his retirement in the 7th year of Hōreki [1757], in recognition of his years of diligent service as a bannerman commander [bantō],) he was granted fifteen koku and four-person stipend [yonin-fuchi], and was summoned to serve as a personal escort guard [otomo-ban].
One: In the tenth month of the same year, he traveled up to Edo to serve as a duty-rotation guard [kinban], completed one tour of duty, and returned.
One: In the fourth month of the tenth year of Hōreki [1760, the year of the Dragon], he traveled up to Edo to serve as a duty-rotation guard, completed one tour of duty, and returned.
One: In the fourth month of the eleventh year of Hōreki [1761, the year of the Snake], he traveled up to Edo to return in order to serve as a welcoming escort, performed escort duties, and returned.
One: In the tenth month of the first year of Meiwa [1764, the year of the Monkey], he traveled up to Edo to serve as a duty-rotation guard, completed one tour of duty, and returned.
