申渡貯蔵之品銘細取調来ル廿五日限再区

一 水源地の山林は良材・雑木に関わらず乱伐してはならない
ただし立ち枯れ・風雪で折れた木・朽ち腐った木は第二条の通り
壬申四月十七日
別紙の通り仰せ出され希告があった条件により、村内一般に漏れなく
申し渡し、貯蔵の品を詳細に調査して来る二十五日限りで再び区

村々を一つにまとめて総代を以て差し出すこと。貯蔵品の無い
村々はその旨同様に届け出ること。
今般各地方巡回のため大蔵省官員が出張
するにあたっては、各府県の官庫はもちろん社寺・山民共が
従来貯蔵の宝物の銘を書き取り調査する予定であるので、各府
県においてこの旨を心得て管内の社寺をはじめ広く
通達しておくこと。

One: In mountain forests that are water sources, neither quality timber nor miscellaneous trees shall be cut indiscriminately.
However, standing dead trees, trees broken by wind and snow, and rotten decayed trees [shall be handled] as per Article Two.

...collect all villages together and submit [reports] through representatives. Villages with no stored goods shall similarly report that fact.
This time, for the purpose of inspecting each region, Ministry of Finance officials are being dispatched. Accordingly, not only the official treasuries of each prefecture but also temples, shrines, and mountain people shall investigate and record inscriptions on treasures they have stored from the past. Each prefecture shall understand this matter and widely communicate it to temples and shrines within their jurisdiction.
