今般城郭兵器取調ノ為陸軍省官
員各地方へ出張官庫ハ勿論社寺四民共従
来貯蔵宝物之内武器ニ属スル分巨細取調
候筈ニ付各府県ニおゐて此旨相心得管内社寺ヲ
始メ普く可相達置事
従前私塾ニ於テ生徒教育之儀ハ官ゟ指構
不致候処元来人民教育之道ニ於テハ公私ニ因リ

其差別無之筈ニ付私塾教師ト雖トモ官之
許可ヲ不得切リニ教育ハ不相成訳ニ候条自今
私塾ヲ開キ候者ハ前以其姓名年齢従前之
履歴学課塾則教育之方法開校之□所等
委細ニ開列シ当省へ伺出免許ヲ受候上開
塾可致就而ハ東則京府下ニ於テ是迄私塾設
置候得は右塾則等早々取調来ル十七日ヨリ
廿日迄之間府庁添翰ヲ以当省へ可伺出其

今般城郭兵器取調のため陸軍省官
員が各地方へ出張する。官庫はもちろん社寺・四民共が従
来貯蔵している宝物のうち武器に属する分を詳細に取調べ
る予定であるので、各府県においてこの旨を心得て管内の社寺を
はじめ広く通達しておくこと。
従前私塾において生徒教育の件については官から指図
しなかったが、元来人民教育の道においては公私により

許可を得ずに勝手に教育を行うわけにはいかない条件であるので、今後
私塾を開く者は予め、その姓名・年齢・従前の
履歴・学課・塾則・教育の方法・開校の場所等を
詳細に書き連ねて当省へ伺い出て免許を受けた上で開
塾すること。ついては東京則ち京府下において今まで私塾を設
置していれば、右の塾則等を早々取調べて来る十七日より
二十日までの間に府庁の添え状を以て当省へ伺い出ること。その
