早々取調東京府下ハ来ル廿日迄可申出候出ル事
一今般私塾之生徒へ公費支給之儀一切廃止候
処前書方法相達候ニ付而は其内自然私学教
師之見込ヲ以申出候次第も可有之候間是迄公費
ヲ以私塾エ差入置生徒当省ヨリ相達候迄帰県
無之様可致候尤県庁ニおゐても後来成業之
見込無之候生徒ハ断然帰県可申付候事
但本文之儀ニ付当地を留中ハ公費是迄

一、今回私塾の生徒への公費支給の件を一切廃止するところ、前述の方法を通達したことにより、その中で自然と私学教師の見込みによって申し出る次第もあるであろうから、これまで公費をもって私塾に差し入れ置いた生徒は、当省より通達があるまで帰県しないようにすること。もちろん県庁においても今後成業の見込みのない生徒は断然帰県を申し付けること
ただし本文の件について当地滞留中は公費はこれまで
