厳重に慎むべきである。
右の趣旨について、各々立会いの上申し渡すべきである。以上

右の件について、同じ組頭中のために下之町の町代へ渡し申した。
この日、盗賊が諸所に侵入したとの話を聞いている。右のような事件があった場合には、捕縛に努め、決して見逃すことなく、届け出るべきである。
右の趣旨を各所へ触れ回るべきである。

右の通り幕府からの御書付が出されたので、町中へ触れ回るべきである。以上

右四月十八日にお達しがあった趣旨について、各丁に漏れなく触れ渡し申した。

[The person] should conduct himself with strict prudence.
Regarding the above matter, each [official] should convey this message in attendance. That is all.

The above matter was delivered to the town representative of Shimonomachi for the same group leaders to review.
On this day, we have heard that thieves have entered various places. Should such incidents occur, [officials] must work to apprehend [the criminals] and without fail report the matter, never letting it pass unnoticed.
The above instructions should be announced to all locations.

As the above official document has been issued from the government, it should be announced throughout the town. That is all.
