一、月代（額の剃り方）は普通
一、江戸神田三河町出身とのこと
右記のような者がいた場合は、その場所に留め置き、御料地であれば代官、私領であれば領主・地頭へ申し出て、江戸において担当の寺社奉行へ申し出ること。もし見聞きした場合はその旨も申し出ること。なお、家来や者どもも入念に吟味すべきで、隠匿して脇から知れた場合は罪科となる。

If such persons are found, they should be detained at that location. For government lands (goryōchi), report to the local magistrate (daikan); for private domains, report to the domain lord or local administrator (jitō). From there, reports should be made to the appropriate temple and shrine magistrate (jisha bugyō) in Edo. If anyone sees or hears of such persons, they must also report this. Furthermore, retainers and servants should be carefully examined, and anyone who conceals information and is discovered through other means will be subject to punishment.
