一、この以後、諸上納に差し支えがある場合は、地方取りと共に知行所において押し取り立てを申し付ける規則である。以上

一、御奏者番御傍役の者が江戸詰めにつき、年々増拝借が重なって難儀の状況につき、今度御捨てくださった。それにつき、知行高に関係なく小者給として、詰め年には金子三十両を
下され、帰る年には二十両ずつ、この以後下し置かれる。ただし並の拝借と共に、先例の通り御貸しになるべきではない。以上
