一 衣服之儀於御国御定法前々ゟ被仰出通ニ候
猶以今度他国御奉公江戸詰等之儀も簾服致着
用候而御構無之候間綿服等ニ而も勝手次第可被
致着用候如何様ニ見苦敷有之候而も御構無之
候得者其心得可有之儀ニ候私用之儀猶以可
被致了簡候
一 分限不相応之見苦敷儀有之候而も御構無之
候得者壱疋馬之外馬数之面々人馬減少之儀も
五年之内ハ人々勝手次第ニ可被致候他国御奉公
江戸詰等勝手次第被致簡略儀ニ候間道中往
来之儀も猶以如何様ニも了簡次第可被致候
御上御外聞御構不被成候間其旨可被相心得候
左候得者右被 仰出候御簡略之儀他を不顧随
分倹約可被致候
一 御簡略之儀被 仰出候付随分倹約可被相守候へㇵ
御家中も淋敷可罷成候儀別而御簡略候と
てひそめき申儀ハ有之間敷候面々分限次第
暮候了簡者格別之儀候間右御倹約之品を以

一、衣服の件について、お国の御定法で以前から仰せ出されている通りです。
なお一層、今度の他国御奉公や江戸詰などの件についても、粗末な服を着用することについて御構いはございませんので、綿服などでも都合次第で着用していただいて構いません。どのように見苦しいことがあっても御構いはございませんので、その心得でいるべきことです。私用の件については、なお一層簡素にしていただくべきです。
一、身分不相応の見苦しいことがあっても御構いはございませんので、一疋馬以外の馬数の面々については、人馬減少の件も五年の内は人々の都合次第で行っていただいて構いません。他国御奉公や江戸詰なども都合次第で簡略にしていただくことですので、道中往来の件も、なお一層どのようにでも考え次第で行っていただいて構いません。
御上の御外聞について御構いにならないので、その旨を心得ていただくべきです。
そうであれば、右に仰せ出された御簡略の件について、他を顧みず相応に倹約をしていただくべきです。
