○湯泉山医王寺 伊香保神社の石段のふもとにある。天台宗の寺院で、渋川駅（宿場）の真光寺の末寺である。本尊は薬師如来で、霊験あらたかである。開基は伊香保の旧家、岸筑前守安兼である。
○香雲山天宗寺 禅宗の寺院で、伊香保町の裏道にある。本尊は土中から出現したという薬師如来で、開基は同所の木暮家の祖先、木暮下総守祐利である。境内には公立伊香保小学校がある。
○湯本不動尊・同三社 医王寺より谷に沿って五丁ほど奥に入った、吹揚げの湯の上にある岩の上に安置されている。石造の不動尊は古いもので、霊験著しい。同所の三社は、相馬ヶ岳・二ツ岳・湯元三か所の金比羅神を合わせて祀り、火災鎮護の社である。
○金比羅山 伊香保の東南にある。本来の名は「物聞山」といい、『夫木集』・『藻塩草』・『秋の寝覚』・『和漢三才図会』等に載っている、ホトトギスの名所である。

○ Tōsen-zan Iōji Temple This temple is located at the foot of the stone steps leading to Ikaho Shrine. It belongs to the Tendai sect and is a branch temple of Shinkōji Temple in the post town of Shibukawa. The principal image (*honzon*) is Yakushi Nyorai (the Buddha of Healing), and the temple is known for its miraculous efficacy. The temple's founding patron (*kaiki*) was Kishi Chikuzen-no-kami Yasukane, a member of one of Ikaho's old established families.
○ Kōun-zan Tensōji Temple This is a Zen Buddhist temple located on the back road through Ikaho town. Its principal image is a Yakushi Nyorai said to have appeared from the earth (*dochū shutsugen*). The founding patron was Kogure Shimōsa-no-kami Sukenori, the ancestor of the Kogure family of the same location. Within the temple precincts is the public Ikaho Elementary School.
○ Yumoto Fudōson and the Three Shrines of the Same Location These are enshrined on a rock approximately five *chō* (roughly 545 meters) up the valley from Iōji Temple, above the *Fukiage* hot spring. The stone statue of Fudō Myōō is an ancient object of great miraculous power. The three shrines at the same location jointly enshrine the *Kotohira* deities of Sōmagadake, Futatsudake, and Yumoto, and serve as protective shrines against fire.
○ Konpira-san (Mt. Konpira) Located to the southeast of Ikaho. Its true name is "Monokiku-yama" (Mountain of Listening), and it is recorded in such works as the *Fubokushū*, *Moshiogusa*, *Aki no Nezame*, and *Wakan Sansai Zue* as a famous place associated with the *hototogisu* (Japanese lesser cuckoo).
