差出申証書之事
先代加藤新兵衛御丁内ニ家屋敷所持罷在候処同人儀
藤屋藤右衛門方ゟ借財有之候ニ付文政五午年
家屋敷質地ニ入置処新兵衛儀致死去候后暫中絶ニ
相成且又去ル天保五午年致類焼候ニ付就而者明地ニ付
藤右衛門方ニ而町置諸役も難相勤因テ地所御丁内江
差出ニ致候ニ付御役人中御談之上嘉永二酉年
御役人中御尽力ヲ以家作普請并天王御宮迄御勧請
相成候処我等儀右新兵衛跡式相続仕御番所へ檀廻
罷越御世話ニ相成候ニ付段々御役人中江御無心申入候処

差し出し申し上げます証書の件
先代加藤新兵衛が御町内に家屋敷を所有しておりましたところ、同人が藤屋藤右衛門方から借財がありましたので、文政五年午年に家屋敷を質地に入れ置きました。新兵衛が死去した後、しばらく中絶となり、また去る天保五年午年に類焼いたしましたので、更地となりました。藤右衛門方では町置きの諸役も勤めることが困難であるため、地所を御町内へ差し出すことになり、御役人中でご相談の上、嘉永二年酉年に御役人中のお尽力により家作普請並びに天王御宮まで御勧請が成りました。私どもは右新兵衛の跡式を相続し、御番所へ檀廻りに参り、お世話になりましたので、段々御役人中へお願い申し入れましたところ

Certificate hereby submitted
The late Kato Shinbei owned a house and residential plot within the town district. Since he had debts to Fujiya Toemon, in the fifth year of Bunsei, year of the Horse (1822), the house and plot were put up as collateral. After Shinbei's death, the matter was suspended for some time, and furthermore, in the fifth year of Tenpo, year of the Horse (1834), it was destroyed by fire spreading from nearby, leaving only vacant land. Since Toemon's side found it difficult to fulfill the various municipal duties, they decided to surrender the land to the town district. After consultation among the town officials, in the second year of Kaei, year of the Rooster (1849), through the efforts of the town officials, house construction and repairs were carried out, and even the Tenno Shrine was established there.
