先代加藤新兵衛所持之家屋敷去ル
文政五午年右同人藤屋藤右衛門殿方ゟ
借財有之家屋敷質地入置候処新兵へ
死去致其後暫中絶ニ相成其上
天保五午年致類焼候ニ付而ハ藤屋
藤右衛門殿方ニ而普請も出来兼地所
御丁内江差出し候ニ付御役人中御談之上
嘉永二酉年家作普請被成下其上

先代加藤新兵衛が所持していた家屋敷は、去る文政五年午年に、右同人が藤屋藤右衛門殿方より借財があり、家屋敷を質地として入れ置いていたところ、新兵衛が死去し、その後しばらく中絶となってしまい、その上天保五年午年に類焼したため、藤屋藤右衛門殿方では普請もできかね、地所を御町内へ差し出したので、御役人中で御相談の上、嘉永二年酉年に家作普請をしていただき、その上天王御宮を勧請することになりました。ところが私ども

Regarding the house and property that the previous generation's Kato Shinbei possessed: In the past year of Bunsei 5 (1822), the said person had debts to Fujiya Toemon's establishment, and had mortgaged his house and property. However, Shinbei died, and afterwards the matter was suspended for some time. Furthermore, in Tenpo 5 (1834), the property was destroyed in a conflagration. Since Fujiya Toemon's establishment could not undertake the repairs, they submitted the land to the town district.
