右之趣被得其意下々江も堅可被申付旨に候以上

○於江戸表常憲院様御法事有之に付当廿九日ゟ来月十日迄之内殺生停止に
可仕旨被仰出候面々得其意堅可相守旨に候尤組支配之者并下々江も右之通急度

家老中へ申達候処尤之旨に付則御家中へ相触申候

一今度朝鮮人御馳走為御用罷越候面々於道中公儀之御法度堅可相守事
一対朝鮮人慮外之体有之若は諍論に及候はゝ不論理非可為曲事
一不依何事国枝小一郎堀豊左衛門可任指図候并御徒目付近藤多助可申談事
一休泊共に宿之高直并家来等へ非分之儀申懸間敷事
一道中に而対向屋馬方等理不尽之儀仕間敷候
一好色博奕其外猥成儀一切仕間敷候
一於旅宿自然出火有之其節之働之儀は尤国枝小一郎堀豊左衛門可致指
図候并御徒目付近藤多助可申談事
一浜松ゟ三嶋迄朝鮮人往来之間宿々に而御用は各別私用に而猥に旅宿之外へ
罷出間敷候但無拠用事有之罷出候はゝ御徒目付近藤多介かたへ相断可任差

一朝鮮人に対し無礼な態度があった場合、或いは諍論に及んだ場合は、理非を論ぜず咎めとする
一何事によらず国枝小一郎・堀豊左衛門の指図に従うこと、及び御徒目付近藤多助と相談すること
一休泊ともに宿の高値や家来等への無理な要求をしてはならないこと
一道中において対向する屋敷・馬方等に理不尽なことをしてはならない
一好色・博打その他みだらな行為は一切してはならない
一旅宿において万一出火があった場合の対応については、もちろん国枝小一郎・堀豊左衛門が指
図を行い、及び御徒目付近藤多助と相談すること
一浜松から三島まで朝鮮人往来の間、宿々において御用は別格として、私用でみだりに旅宿の外へ
出てはならない。ただしやむを得ない用事があって出る場合は、御徒目付近藤多介に断って指
図に従うこと
一道中において脇道・脇寄りすることは、かねてより御法度のことであるから、いよいよ堅く守ること

However, the above was done because Takaya Rokurōemon informed us and sent a letter requesting that this be announced to the yoriai and below

However, in previous era name changes there were no official announcements, but when I reported to the senior retainers that era name matters should be quickly known down to the lowest levels, they agreed it was reasonable, so it was immediately announced to the samurai households.
Regulations
一Those going on official business for entertaining Koreans must strictly observe the shogunate's prohibitions during travel
一If there is disrespectful behavior toward Koreans or if it leads to disputes, it will be considered a crime regardless of right or wrong
一In all matters, follow the instructions of Kunieda Koichirō and Hori Toyosaemon, and consult with foot inspector Kondō Tasuke
一During rest and lodging, do not make unreasonable demands regarding high lodging prices or toward servants
一During travel, do not act unreasonably toward oncoming estates or horse handlers
一Licentiousness, gambling, and other improper behavior are strictly forbidden
一If a fire should break out at a lodging, the response should naturally be directed by Kunieda Koichirō and Hori Toyosaemon,
and consultation should be made with foot inspector Kondō Tasuke
一During Korean passage from Hamamatsu to Mishima, while at lodgings, official business is separate, but for private matters one must not
carelessly leave the lodging. However, if one must leave for unavoidable business, permission must be obtained from foot inspector Kondō Tasuke and
his instructions followed
一Taking side roads or detours during travel has long been prohibited, so this must be strictly observed
