附客館はいふに及はす洛内外寺社人民之居失火之慎猶更怠緩ある

一客館之中御馳走衆御賄方并対馬守方等諸家之郎従聚会之上は
各互に相戒め慎み下部等に至迄喧嘩争論はいふに及す聊無礼あるへ
からさる事
一外国之人風俗に習はずして無礼之儀ありといふ共深く咎るにたらす雖

然すて置難き事に至るは対馬守役人に告しらしめ其沙汰に可任事
一客館の中路次の間信使之従人私の交易の事相謀るといふ共一切
うけかふへからす縦後日に及て事露顕すといふ共物の貴賤多少によらす

一信使往来之間見物の場におゐて男女僧尼等雑り居るへからす簾幕
屏障の類を以其座を隔て限るへし或は酒菓飲食之物を陳ね或は酔
狂戯慢の客をあらはすへからす往来の人駐り看る者も其路を避け
見物の場を妨くへからさる事
附錦緞の幔幕金銀の屏風等あるに随て見物の場を飾る事は是
を禁するに及間敷事
右之趣今度被仰出候条其旨急度可相守者也

○以手紙申達候然は御箱持御用に付御尋被遊候御支配組之者預申者有之候はゝ拙者共月番

一他家中の者のうち、もし縁者・親類があり面談しなければならない事情がある場合は、御徒目付の近藤
多助に申し出て指図に従うこと
一船渡し・川越えなどの際、他所の者と口論などをせず、諸事みだらなことがないよう勤めること
右の御定めの通り各々堅く守ること。もし背く者があれば詮議を行い、その品に応じて
咎めとする旨である。もちろん家来の者共にも厳重に申し付けること。以上
