【二巻廿丁裏】
△又／口米（くちまい）夫（ふ）米共に千八百卅石四斗／有時（あるとき）此内夫米
ばかりは何（なに）ほとあるそといふ時に
夫米 千三百七拾弐石八斗といふ
先（まつ）千八百卅石四斗に六舛をかくれは一下九八二
四と成（なる） これを八舛を以てわれは夫米（ふまい）と成也
△年／具（く）米八石六斗七舛をさめ申時に右の内
一石に付口米弐舛つゝ引て納米（をさめこめ）何ほとそと云（いふ）時
納 八石五斗といふ
右に八石六斗七舛とをきてこれを一石弐舛にて
われは納（をさめ）米八石五斗としれ申候也

現代語訳
【二巻廿丁裏】
△また、口米・夫米共に千八百三十石四斗ある時、このうち夫米ばかりはどれほどあるかというときに、
夫米 千三百七十二石八斗という。
まず千八百三十石四斗に六升を掛ければ一・九八二四（1,098.24）となる。これを八升をもって割れば夫米となるのである。
△年貢米八石六斗七升を納める時に、右のうち一石につき口米二升ずつ引いて、納め米はどれほどかというときに、
納め米 八石五斗という。
右に八石六斗七升と置いて、これを一石二升にて割れば、納め米八石五斗と知れ申し候。
【二巻廿一丁表】
△銀六百七十五匁を年貢のかたに納め申す時、一石につき二十五匁ずつの算用にして、口米（を）引いてどれほど納めるかというときに、
納め 二十六石四斗七升五勺八才という。
右に六百七十五匁と置いて、左に一石の代（値）二十五匁と置き、これにまた口米二升分の銀五分を加えて二十五匁五分あり。これにて右の銀六百七十五匁を割れば、二十六石四斗七升五勺八才と知るべし。
また夫米共にいう場合も右と同前である。

△Likewise, when the combined kuchigome and fumigome total 1,830 koku, 4 to, how much of that total is the fumigome alone?
Fumigome: Said to be 1,372 koku, 8 to.
First, multiply 1,830 koku, 4 to by 6 shō to get 1.9824 (i.e., 1,098.24). Then divide this by 8 shō to obtain the fumigome.
△When 8 koku, 6 to, 7 shō of nengu rice is to be paid, and 2 shō of kuchigome per koku is to be deducted before paying, how much is the net payment (osamegome)?
Payment: Said to be 8 koku, 5 to.
Place 8 koku, 6 to, 7 shō on the right and divide it by 1 koku 2 shō, and you will find the payment to be 8 koku, 5 to.

△When 675 monme of silver is to be paid as nengu, calculated at 25 monme per koku, and kuchigome is to be deducted, how much rice is to be paid?
Payment: Said to be 26 koku, 4 to, 7 shō, 5 shaku, 8 sai.
Place 675 monme on the right, and on the left place 25 monme as the price of 1 koku. To this, add 5 bu of silver representing the kuchigome of 2 shō, making 25 monme 5 bu in total. Divide the 675 monme on the right by this amount, and you will find the answer to be 26 koku, 4 to, 7 shō, 5 shaku, 8 sai.
The same method applies when fumigome is also included.
