一 此度其御地江拙寺出張行稽古所御相談
を以差出申候依之為役僧壱人宛差遣シ
置申候宗町之儀ニ付如何様之六之敷出来候共
拙寺引請埒明役人衆中御世話相懸申
間敷候尤右差遣置候番僧不法之義
有之候ハヽ早速此方江御通達次第引替
差遣可申候事
一 不依何事宗門懸り合之儀は右番僧
通達次第此方ゟ役僧差出取計可
申付其御世話無之様可致候明後日請合
証文仍而如件

現代語訳
請け合い証文の件
一、この度そちらの土地へ当寺が出張して稽古所を開設することについて、ご相談の上で設置させていただくことになりました。これに伴い、役僧を一人ずつ派遣して常駐させます。宗門に関わる事柄について、どのような面倒な問題が発生したとしても、当寺が責任を持って解決し、役人の皆様にはご迷惑をおかけしないようにいたします。もちろん、派遣した番僧に不法な行為があった場合には、すぐにそちらからご連絡いただき次第、交代の者を派遣いたします。
一、どのような件であっても、宗門に関わる事柄については、前述の番僧を通じてご連絡いただければ、こちらから役僧を派遣して処理いたしますので、そちらの皆様にはご心配をおかけしないようにいたします。
以上、請け合い証文として、ここに記します。

Guarantee Certificate
Article 1: Regarding the establishment of a practice hall by our temple in your locality, we have decided to proceed with this arrangement following consultations with you. In connection with this, we will dispatch and station one monk at a time to serve as the responsible monk. Should any troublesome matters arise concerning religious sect affairs, our temple will take full responsibility for resolving them and will not cause any inconvenience to the local officials. Naturally, should the monk we have stationed engage in any unlawful conduct, we will immediately dispatch a replacement upon receiving notification from you.
Article 2: Regarding any matters related to religious sect affairs, if you contact us through the aforementioned stationed monk, we will dispatch a monk from our temple to handle the situation, ensuring that you will not be burdened with such concerns.
This guarantee certificate is hereby issued accordingly.
