永代譲渡申神地証文之事
一我等所持之神地南北弐間三尺東ハ貴殿生垣ヲ
境西者沢底溝迄此度永譲渡申候処相違
無之候為此礼金五両也唯今慥請取申候処
実正明伯ニ御座候然ル上者此地所ニ付親類縁者ハ
不申及脇々ゟ少茂構無御座候万一六ケ敷儀申者
有之候ハゝ加判之者何方迠茂罷出急度埒明
其許江少茂御難義掛申間敷候為後日永代譲渡如件

永代譲渡申神地証文之事
私たちが所持している神地で、南北二間三尺、東は貴殿の生垣を境界とし、西は沢底の溝まで、この度永代に譲り渡し申し上げる件について相違ございません。このお礼として金五両を、ただ今確かに受け取り申し上げました。これは間違いございません。このようになった以上は、この地所について親類縁者はもちろん、その他の誰からも一切異議を申し立てることはございません。万一難しい問題を申し立てる者がございましたら、連帯保証人の者がどこまでも出向いて必ず解決し、あなた様に少しもご迷惑をおかけ申し上げません。後日のため永代譲渡証文を以下の通り記します。

Deed for the Perpetual Transfer of Sacred Land
Regarding our owned sacred land measuring two ken and three shaku from north to south, bounded on the east by your living fence and on the west extending to the ditch at the bottom of the marsh, we hereby confirm without any discrepancy that we are transferring this land to you in perpetuity. As payment for this, we have just now certainly received five ryō of gold, which is entirely accurate. Given this arrangement, neither our relatives nor any other parties shall raise any objections regarding this property. Should anyone raise difficult matters, the guarantor signatories will personally appear wherever necessary to resolve the issue promptly, ensuring no trouble whatsoever for you. This perpetual transfer deed is executed for future reference as follows:
