右は十町回し金として横町の藤沢又右衛門殿より受け取り申し候。
町年寄衆中にて執り行い、下の町鉾持町へお渡しすることになりました。
右につき無尽講の口数へ割り当てて金子を相渡しいたします。もっとも不足となった分は十一月十日にまた割り当てをいたします。

The above amount was received from Mr. Fujisawa Mataemon of Yokomachi as rotating funds for the ten towns. This was conducted by the town elders and is to be delivered to Hokomochimachi of the lower town.
Regarding the above, we shall distribute money proportionally to the members of the mutual financing association (mujin-ko). However, any shortfall will be allocated again on November 10th.
