売り物は多くが損じる（失われる）／損じのない物を売り物とせよ

Not fleeing when one should is lack of wisdom — regard those without wisdom as already among the dead.

Though the embankment of Hatchō [Yoshiwara's *Nakanochō*] is wide — those who do not purchase the services of the women's quarter do not go there.
Though the pleasure quarter of idleness is enjoyable — those without a disposition for dissipation do not play there.
Respect the landlord as one would a father or mother — love the tenant as one would a younger sibling or child.
