吉邦公御代享保二年丁酉年（1717年）に召し出された
当梅田段右衛門治好（本国近江、生国武蔵、姓は源）
治好の曾祖父である和田伊勢守治政という者は、織田信長公が発向された際、対陣が叶わず居城において切腹した。その際、一類・家臣はことごとく討死したという。その子である梅田武左衛門治興（生国近江）は、父が生害された時当歳（一歳）であり、本領である伊賀国梅田村に隠れ住んでいた。成人の後、称号を改めた。治興の子である梅田武兵衛治房（生国伊賀、治好の父）は朽木民部少輔殿に仕え、先手の物頭を勤めた。治好も朽木伊予守殿の時代に仕えた。その後、松平駿河守殿へ出仕し、御子息采女正殿の時代に用人役を勤めていたが、故あって暇を取った。その年に御家（福井藩）へ召し出された。

Current Umeda Danemon Yoshiyoshi (original province: Ōmi, birth province: Musashi, family name: Minamoto)
Yoshiyoshi's great-grandfather, Wada Ise-no-kami Harimasa, when Lord Oda Nobunaga advanced against him, found battle untenable and committed seppuku in his castle. At that time, all his relatives and retainers died in battle. His son, Umeda Busaemon Okioki (birth province: Ōmi), was one year old when his father was killed, and hid in Umeda Village in Iga Province, which was their ancestral domain. After reaching adulthood, he changed his title. Okioki's son, Umeda Buhei Okifusa (birth province: Iga, Yoshiyoshi's father), served Lord Kuchiki Minbu-shōyū and served as a vanguard commander. Yoshiyoshi also served during the era of Lord Kuchiki Iyo-no-kami. Later, he went to serve Lord Matsudaira Suruga-no-kami, and during the era of his son Lord Uneme-no-kami served as a chief retainer, but for certain reasons took leave. In that same year, he was summoned to our domain (Fukui han).
