●本山為仙亭和《本国は不明、生国は越前、姓は不明》
父の城益という盲人で鍼医を行い、御城下に長年住んでいた。
吉品公の御病気の際にも鍼療を仰せ付けられ勤めていた。
同御代正徳五年乙未年（1715年）に跡目を下された。

Summoned to service in the fourth year of Shōtoku, year of the wood horse (1714), during the reign of Lord Yoshikuni.
●Motoyama Isenteiwa 《Home province: unknown, birth province: Echizen, family name: unknown》
His father, called Jōeki, was a blind person who practiced acupuncture medicine and had lived in the castle town for many years.
Even during Lord Yoshishina's illness, he was commanded to perform acupuncture treatment and served faithfully.
In the same reign, fifth year of Shōtoku, year of the wood sheep (1715), he was granted succession.
