【浅草寺境内・周辺の被害（続き）】
（浅草寺境内の）諸宮等は破損した。同寺内では、正智院・長寿院・勝蔵院・寿命院・正福院・智光院・梅明院・実相院・松寿院・金蔵院・観知院・日音院、これらの各院の裏手にいろは長屋があり、いずれも大破した。観音本堂・山門・鐘楼・随身門・雷神門・三社念仏堂、これらは無事であった。五重の塔は九輪がわずかに傾いた。東橋・川沿いの方は山谷堀まで焼け残った。もっとも、倒壊した家は多かった。右のうち、待乳山は無事であった。山谷堀は今戸橋まで半丁ほどが焼けた。銭座の前後は焼失し、倒壊家屋等が甚だ多かった。同所のえた町は焼け残った。遍照寺ならびに総泉寺より真崎稲荷までの間は大破した家が多く、川口と柳屋という二軒の料理屋は焼失した。同山谷町・浅草町、引き続き中村町・小塚原町・千住宿は大橋まで大破した家が多かった。また千住では焼失も多かった。この分については追加（の報告）として後に出すべきである。
【㊁ 浅草本願寺周辺の被害】
浅草本願寺の本堂は無事であった。寺中の教覚寺・専勝寺・玉泉寺・証願寺・円照寺・法雄寺・雲行寺・来応寺・光円寺、その他は大破損した。同所の誓願寺門前町は倒壊家屋が多かった。日輪寺門前、その他、この辺りは一帯が崩れており、町々の被害の区別がつけがたい。茶屋橋の向こう・行安寺門前の半丁（は以下に続く）

[Sensō-ji Temple Precinct and Surrounding Areas – Continued]
Various shrines within the precinct of (Sensō-ji Temple) suffered damage. Within the same temple grounds, the following sub-temples sustained major damage: Shōchi-in, Chōju-in, Shōzō-in, Jumyō-in, Shōfuku-in, Chikō-in, Baimei-in, Jissō-in, Shōju-in, Kinzō-in, Kanchi-in, and Nichion-in. Iroha tenement houses located behind these sub-temples also suffered major damage. The main Kannon Hall, the main gate (Sanmon), the bell tower (Shōrō), the Zuishin gate, the Raijin gate (Thunder Gate), and the Sanza Nembutsu-dō—all of these survived unscathed. The five-storied pagoda's nine-ringed finial (kurin) was slightly tilted. The area from Higashi-bashi (East Bridge) along the river survived as far as Sanya-bori canal, though many houses there had collapsed. Among these, Matsuchi-yama was unharmed. The area along Sanya-bori burned for approximately half a chō (roughly 55 meters) as far as Imado-bashi bridge. The areas in front of and behind the Zeni-za (coin mint) suffered severe fire damage and had an exceptionally large number of collapsed houses. The eta-machi in the same area survived the fire. From Henshō-ji Temple and Sōsen-ji Temple through to Masaki Inari Shrine, many houses were severely damaged. Two restaurants called Kawaguchi and Yanagiya were destroyed by fire. Continuing through Sanya-machi, Asakusa-machi, Nakamura-machi, Kozukappara-machi, and Senju-shuku, there was extensive structural damage as far as Ōhashi (the Great Bridge). There were also many buildings lost to fire in Senju. Details on this area shall be issued as an addendum.
[Annotation ㊁ – Around Asakusa Hongan-ji Temple]
The main hall of Asakusa Hongan-ji Temple survived intact. Within the temple complex, Kyōkaku-ji, Senshō-ji, Gyokusen-ji, Shōgan-ji, Enshō-ji, Hōyū-ji, Ungyō-ji, Raiō-ji, and Kōen-ji, along with other sub-temples, suffered major damage. The Monzen-machi (gate town) of Seigan-ji in the same area had many collapsed houses. The area around the Monzen-machi of Nichirin-ji and its surroundings was so thoroughly destroyed that it was difficult to distinguish the damage by individual town.
