諸宮等破損同寺内にて正智いん
長寿いん勝蔵いん寿命いん正福いん
智光いん梅めいいん実相いん松寿いん

いろは長家ありみな大破也観音本堂
山門橦樓隨身門雷神門三社念仏堂
此分無事也五重の塔くりん少しまがる
東橋川付の方は山谷ぼり迄焼殘る
尤つぶれ家多し右の内まつち山は無事也
山谷ぼり今戸ばし迄半丁計やける
銭座前後焼失つふれ家等甚多し
同所ゑた町のこる遍照寺ならびの總泉寺
より眞碕いなり迄大破の家多く川口と

大橋迄大破の家多し又千住にて

現代語訳
各神社仏閣等が破損した。同寺（浅草寺）内では、正智院、長寿院、勝蔵院、寿命院、正福院、智光院、梅明院、実相院、松寿院、金蔵院、観知院、日音院があり、これらの裏手には庶民の長屋があってみな大破した。観音本堂、山門、鐘楼、随身門、雷神門、三社、念仏堂は無事であった。五重塔は九輪が少し曲がった。
東橋から川沿いの方は山谷堀まで焼け残った。ただし倒壊した家が多い。この内、待乳山は無事であった。山谷堀から今戸橋まで半町ほど焼けた。銭座の前後は焼失し、倒壊家屋等が甚だ多い。同所のえた町は残った。遍照寺並びの総泉寺から真崎稲荷まで大破の家が多く、川口と柳屋という料理屋が倒壊した。同じく山谷町、浅草町、続きの中村町、小塚原町、千住宿は大橋まで大破の家が多い。また千住でも焼失が多い。この分は追加として後で出すべきである。
②浅草本願寺の本堂は無事。寺中では教覚寺、専勝寺、玉泉寺、證願寺、円照寺、法融寺、雲行寺、来応天寺、光円寺、その他が大破損した。同所の誓願寺門前町は倒壊家屋が多い。日輪寺門前その他、この辺り一帯が崩れて町々の区別がつかない。茶屋橋向こうの行安寺門前半町

Various shrines and temples suffered damage. Within the same temple (Sensoji), there were Shochi-in, Choju-in, Shozo-in, Jumyo-in, Shofuku-in, Chiko-in, Baimei-in, Jisso-in, Shoju-in, Kinzo-in, Kanchi-in, and Nion-in, and behind these there were commoner tenements that were all severely damaged. The Kannon main hall, mountain gate, bell tower, Zuishin gate, Raijin gate, three shrines, and Nembutsu hall were safe. The five-story pagoda's finial was slightly bent.
From Higashi Bridge along the river to Sanya Canal, buildings remained but were burned. However, many houses collapsed. Within this area, Matsuchiyama was safe. From Sanya Canal to Imado Bridge, about half a cho burned. The area around Ginza suffered fire damage, with extremely many collapsed houses. The eta-machi in the same area remained. From Hensho-ji and the adjacent Sosen-ji to Masaki Inari, many houses were severely damaged, and the ryoriya (restaurants) called Kawaguchi and Yanagiya collapsed. Similarly, in Sanya-cho, Asakusa-cho, the continuing Nakamura-cho, Kozukahara-cho, and Senju-juku, there were many severely damaged houses up to the great bridge.
