一 寺社抱屋敷者由緒無之候共譲渡候儀
武家町人之無差別可相済候
一 惣而抱え屋敷を百姓ニ遣候儀者
御目見以上以下何方ゟ願出候共由緒無之
候而も可相濟候
一 家来所持之抱屋敷町屋敷を主人屋敷ニ
仕候儀又者主人所持之抱屋敷町屋敷を家来江
遣候儀由緒無之共可相濟候
一 惣而譲渡候抱屋敷を又候外江譲渡候儀年
数之無差別可相濟候
一 町屋敷譲渡候儀者町人ゟ百姓江者難成候
右之通向後可被相心得候
一 抱屋敷相対替之儀も向後譲渡譲受之
通ニ相心得可被取斗候
巳二月
一 二月廿七日孝顕寺江正眼院様御位牌御安置ニ付今日
御供養有之
現代語訳
一、寺社の抱屋敷については由緒がなくても譲渡する件は
武家・町人を問わず認めることができる。
一、総じて抱屋敷を百姓に与える件については
御目見以上・以下のどちらから願い出ても由緒がなくても
認めることができる。
一、家来所持の抱屋敷・町屋敷を主人の屋敷に
する件、または主人所持の抱屋敷・町屋敷を家来に
与える件は由緒がなくても認めることができる。
一、総じて譲渡した抱屋敷を再び他へ譲渡する件は年
数に関係なく認めることができる。
一、町屋敷譲渡の件については町人から百姓へは認められない。
右の通り今後心得るべきである。
一、抱屋敷の相対替えの件も今後は譲渡・譲受の
通りに心得て取り扱うべきである。
巳二月
一、二月二十七日孝顕寺へ正眼院様御位牌御安置につき今日
御供養があった。

1. Regarding transfers of retainer residences owned by temples and shrines: these may be completed to both warrior families and townspeople without distinction, even without special connections.

1. Regarding converting retainer residences or town residences owned by retainers into their master's residence, or giving retainer residences or town residences owned by the master to retainers: these may be completed even without special connections.
1. Regarding re-transferring retainer residences that have already been transferred to others: this may be completed regardless of the number of years.
1. Regarding transfers of town residences: transfers from townspeople to farmers are not permitted. This should be understood for the future.
1. Regarding mutual exchanges of retainer residences: these should henceforth be handled in the same manner as transfers and receipts.

1. On the twenty-seventh day of the second month, there was a memorial service today at Kōgen-ji temple for the installation of the memorial tablet of Lord Shōgan-in.
