之趣ニ而御使者を以御先江小太刀馬代被遣之

一 十月十日、雲正寺後任の件について、一文字三病席白禅という者を申し付けたとの旨、増上寺方丈より連絡があった。
一 同月十一日、御老中酒井左衛門尉忠寄殿へご対面、御勤めいただく。
但し、左衛門尉殿の御役職後初めてのご出仕でご対面されるため、御持参の意味で御使者を以て御先へ小太刀馬代を遣わされた。
一 同月十五日、月次御礼のため登城し下乗まで御出になったところ、俄かにご不快になったため直ちにご帰館された。右のお断りのため、お供先より本丸へ御留守居加藤長右衛門正敏が出向き、御目付神尾市左衛門殿へ連絡した。御用番松平右近将監武元殿へも御留守居津田九右衛門盛恕が出向いた。
一 同日、右同様の理由により、御用人大道寺孫九郎繁郷より御医師望月三英老、武田長春院へ連絡し、長春院が本丸より直ちにお越しになり、お薬を差し上げた。
