右の通り御達書を差し出した処、首尾よく御受け取りがあったため、尾張様の御用人・下条庄右衛門方まで、御用人・大道寺孫九郎（繁卿）より手紙をもって申し達した。
一、十一月二十五日、飛脚の者が道中において差し支えのある事態が生じることがあるため、飛脚を差し立てる際には、御紋付絵符を相渡すよう仰せ出された。
一、同月二十七日、大和守（朝矩）様の御縁組（松平土佐守殿の御息女）、および福次郎（堅房）様の御縁組（分部若狭守殿の御息女）が、御願いの通り仰せ出されたため、御礼のため、御用番・本多伯耆守（正珍）殿、大御所様付御老中・西尾隠岐守（忠尚）殿、大納言様付御老中・秋元但馬守（凉朝）殿へ、御使者として御留守居を差し出した。
一、同日、御用番・本多伯耆守（正珍）殿より、老中連名の御切紙が来た。
御用の儀ございます間、明日四つ時（午前十時頃）に、
その方の名代一人が登城されるよう

右の御請け御書を、伯耆守殿へ御使者・御使番をもって差し出した。かつまた、明日の御名代は出羽守（宗衍）様が御勤めになる段の御届書を、御留守居をもって差し出した。

As the formal notification document (odashifumi) had been submitted as described above, and as it was duly received without incident, a letter was sent from the domain's chamberlain (goyōnin) Daidōji Magoкurō (Shigeyoshi) to the chamberlain of Owari-sama, Shimojō Shōuemon, to inform him accordingly.
Item: On the 25th day of the 11th month, as there were occasions when the post-runners (hikyaku) encountered difficulties along the road, an order was issued to the effect that when dispatching post-runners, they should be provided with crested pictorial passes (gomontsuki-efu) [i.e., official travel permits bearing the domain crest].
Item: On the 27th day of the same month, as approval was granted in accordance with the petitions for the marriage arrangement of Yamato-no-Kami (Tomonori)-sama [to the daughter of Matsudaira Tosa-no-Kami-dono] and the marriage arrangement of Fukujirō (Katafusa)-sama [to the daughter of Wake Wakasa-no-Kami-dono], the domain's Edo resident deputy (orusuі) was dispatched as a messenger to offer formal thanks (orei) to the duty elder (goyōban) Honda Hōki-no-Kami (Masayoshi)-dono, the Senior Councilor attached to the Ōgosho-sama, Nishio Oki-no-Kami (Tadanao)-dono, and the Senior Councilor attached to the Dainagon-sama, Akimoto Tajima-no-Kami (Suzutomo)-dono.
Item: On the same day, a slip letter (okiri-kami) bearing the joint signatures of the Senior Councilors arrived from the duty elder Honda Hōki-no-Kami (Masayoshi)-dono:
There is an official matter to attend to;
therefore, please arrange for one representative
(nadai) on your behalf to present themselves
at the castle tomorrow at the Hour of the Rabbit
[approximately 6:00 a.m.]. That is all.

In response to the above, a formal acknowledgment letter (ouke-gosho) was dispatched to Honda Hōki-no-Kami-dono by means of a messenger-official (otsukai-ban). Furthermore, a notice (otodokegaki) was submitted via the Edo resident deputy to inform them that Dewa-no-Kami (Muneyuki)-sama would serve as the representative (nadai) for the following day.
