（前頁より続く）御表・御内証ともに、三御所様へ献上物を差し上げたいと思われることから、先だって堀田相模守殿・大岡出雲守殿へ御内談の上、去る二十八日に御用番へ御伺書を差し出された。この御伺書については、来る六日の箇所に記す。
一、十二月六日、御老中本多伯耆守（正珍）殿より御呼び出しがあったため、御留守居・加藤長右衛門（正敏）が罷り出たところ、去る月の二十八日に差し出された御伺書に対し、御付札をもって御差図があった。

(Continued from previous page) As it was desired to present tribute offerings to the Three Honorable Residences through both formal and informal channels, prior consultations were held with Lord Hotta Sagami-no-kami and Lord Ōoka Izumo-no-kami, after which a written inquiry (oukagaisho) was submitted to the duty senior councillor (goyōban) on the 28th of last month. This written inquiry is recorded under the entry for the 6th day [of the following month].
Item: On the 6th day of the 12th month, as a summons was received from Senior Councillor (Rōjū) Honda Hōki-no-kami (Masayoshi), the domain's Edo residential representative (orusuii), Katō Chōuemon (Masatoshi), appeared before him. There, regarding the written inquiry submitted on the 28th of the previous month, instructions were conveyed by means of an attached note (otsukefuda).
