現代語訳
一、正月十一日、元御預所の御引渡しが相済んだことにつき、御用番・堀田相模守（正亮）殿へ御使者として御留守居・横田作大夫（尚道）をもって御届書が差し出された。
越前国御預地を御免なされ候につき、去る十二月二十三日、御代官・内藤十右衛門方へ引渡しが相済み申し候。この段、御届け申し候。

一、同月十七日、山王において、御先代の通り、公儀御安全の御祈祷が執行されたことにつき、御使者として御使番をもって白銀十枚が供えられた。

一、同月十八日、屋敷改・鈴木伊兵衛殿より御付（附属の担当役）の中嶋庄蔵（正平）まで内々に問い合わせがあったため、庄蔵の方より以下の通り差し遣わした。

Item: On the eleventh day of the first month, regarding the completion of the transfer of the former entrusted territory (Oazukari-sho), a formal notification document (Otodoke-sho) was submitted to the Goyōban (Duty Magistrate) Hotta Sagami-no-kami (Masaaki) through the Rusuii (Edo Resident Representative) Yokota Sakudayū (Naomichi) as messenger.
As the entrusted territory (Azukari-chi) in Echizen Province has been relinquished, the transfer to the Daikan (Local Deputy Administrator) Naitō Jūuemon was completed on the twenty-third day of the twelfth month. We hereby respectfully notify you of this matter.

Item: On the seventeenth day of the same month, at Sannō (Shrine), in accordance with the precedent of the previous lord, prayers for the safety and well-being of the Bakufu (public authority) were conducted. A messenger in the form of an Otsukaiban (Messenger Official) was dispatched, and ten pieces of silver were offered.
Note: Although these prayers are conducted annually in the first, fifth, and ninth months, since this will henceforth become a regular established custom, it will not be recorded again.

The above land was purchased as water land (Mizuchi) from Sunamura Shinzaemon on the twenty-ninth day of the seventh month of Kanbun 3 (1663), the year of the Rabbit, and has been held in possession until the present time.
