現代語訳
乗り捨てられた船を助けようと、皆が綱を手に取りつき、万両無尽を始めた。まず一番は太郎次にと取らせて、折しも港に船が着いたので、商売物を買い取って売買も儲けが出るようになった。年々一割六分の利息で貸し崩しをしていき、めでたいことだと話していると、夢は破れて、無尽ばかりが残ってしまった。
