一、閏四月六日、右の件について若年寄本多伊予守殿へ御留守居浅井源左衛門政之並びに御馬方関甚五右衛門が馬を連れて参上したところ、諏訪文右衛門殿預かりの御厩へ納めるよう御指図があり、文右衛門殿のもとへ参り納めることが済んだ旨を御届けのため、御用番松平伊豆守信殿へ源左衛門が参上した。
一、同月七日、御用番松平伊豆守信殿より御呼び出しがあり、御留守居浅井源左衛門政之が参上したところ、去る五日に伺いを立てた小馬の件について献上するよう御指図があった。
一、同月十一日、右の件について国元で調教した子馬を今朝若年寄本多伊予守殿へ、御留守居浅井源左衛門政之、御馬方松永只上も同道して連れて参上したところ、諏訪文右衛門殿預かりの御厩へ納めるよう御指図により、文右衛門殿のもとへ参り納めた。
一、同月十八日、火事装束の件について大目付中より左の通り回状が来た。
火事装束を派手に仕らないよう前々より仰せ出されている旨を心得、組並びに家来等まで尚更結構な様子がないよう申し付けるべきこと。
一、近来頭巾の重ね着が多く目立つ様子があるが、右のような儀は今後無用のこと。

1. On the 6th day of the intercalary 4th month, regarding the above matter, deputy steward Asai Genzaemon Masayuki and horse keeper Seki Jingorōemon went to Wakadoshiyori Honda Iyo-no-kami, bringing the horses. They were instructed to deliver them to the stables under the custody of Suwa Bunzaemon. They went to Bunzaemon and completed the delivery, then Genzaemon went to duty officer Matsudaira Izu-no-kami Nobu to report completion.
1. On the 7th of the same month, there was a summons from duty officer Matsudaira Izu-no-kami Nobu, and deputy steward Asai Genzaemon Masayuki attended. He was instructed that the small horse that was inquired about on the 5th should be presented.
1. On the 11th of the same month, regarding the above matter, this morning they brought a young horse trained in the domain to Wakadoshiyori Honda Iyo-no-kami.
