一、五月十四日、初姫様の御遺骸を天徳寺へ御葬送し、暮れ時前に御上棺した。
一、同月十六日、初姫様の御法号並びに御石塔下御納物を御近習番服部多吉に道中守護を仰せ付けて御国許へ差し立てた。
一、同月十八日、御不快が御快復につき、東叡山辺出火の節は御忌中であるけれども、火事の損害の様子によっては御出馬される可能性がある旨を、御用番本多中務大輔忠良殿へ使者として御留守居をもって届書を差し出した。
一、同日、今日より町中の簾を御免になると仰せ出された。
一、同月二十日、天徳寺において去る十八日晩より今朝まで、照光院様の御当座御法事が御執行された。
一、同日、御国許からの早駈け大御番熊谷小兵衛元敷、御徒吉江半助を差し添えて今日江戸に着いた。
一、同月二十一日、天徳寺において昨二十日晩より今朝まで、照光院様の御二七日御法事が御執行された。
一、同月二十六日、照光院様御法号持参の御使として御近習番渡部田吉に道中守護を付けて今日着き、直に運正寺へ持参したため、その節奏者番天方数馬友祥が出席して運正寺へ相渡した。
一、同月二十八日、御忌明けにつき御届けのため、御用番本多中務大輔忠良殿へ使者として御留守居浅井源左衛門政之をもって左の通り御口上書を差し出した。

On the 18th of the same month, regarding recovery from indisposition, should there be a fire in the Tōeizan area, although it would be during the mourning period, depending on the extent of fire damage, [the lord] may go out on horseback.
