Certificate [Marginal note: On the 24th day of the 9th month of Kansei 2, year of the metal dog (1790), regarding the well water from the territory under the jurisdiction of Lord Miyasaka Konokata, we earnestly requested Lord Suzuki Kakunori for permission to use it without charge. After consultation among three parties, we have been granted permission to use this water, and we hereby keep this certificate for future reference.]
