差し上げ申す一札の御事
一、他国出稼ぎ石切職人として旅稼ぎに出かける際には、組合で厳正に審査を行い、人別帳に記載し保証人を立てて出かけます。もちろん年貢や役儀等については滞りなく済ませるよう致します。
一、御公儀様から仰せ付けられた御法度の件については、申すまでもなく、常々仰せ付けられている御仕置きについて、出先で背くことは決してございません。この点を堅く守るよう致します。

Regarding the pledge we hereby submit:
Article 1: When stonemasons go to work temporarily in other provinces, we will conduct strict examinations within our group, register them in the population records, establish guarantors, and send them out. Of course, we will ensure that annual taxes and official duties are completed without delay.
Article 2: Regarding the prohibitions decreed by the Shogunate, it goes without saying that we will never violate the official regulations that have been constantly proclaimed, wherever we may go. We will strictly observe this point.
