右村々川付故不残流死ス
一 三嶋村千百石名主清兵衛右之内五百石程水流
水押五十七軒砂入十七軒馬八疋死ス
印馬村川鳴村小野村嬉嶋村右村々百五十三

一 杢御番所流去幷川付キ民家田畑共水押
金井村砂入之外川付之村々人馬共流死ス

矢倉村、岩下村、川原村、横原村、松尾村
計五ヶ村、訴え出る者なし
これらの村は一様に急激な変災により、訴え出る人も出すことができない状況である
もちろん皆死亡
坪井助左衛門所有の土蔵百三十戸のうち一ヶ所が残り、
その他は皆流失、家内の人数三百人程が住んでいたが皆々流されて死亡
長野原村、小戸村、横壁村、原田村、小屋戸村、川戸村
これらの村々は川沿いであったため残らず流されて死亡した
一、三嶋村千百石、名主清兵衛、このうち五百石程が水で流失
水害五十七軒、砂の流入十七軒、馬八匹死亡
印馬村、川鳴村、小野村、嬉嶋村、これらの村々百五十三軒のうち六軒が残った
一、杢御番所流失、並びに川沿いの民家、田畑共に水害
金井村は砂の流入のほか、川沿いの村々では人馬共に流されて死亡
