品等が増加しているとも聞いている。非常の備えは平常の覚悟にあるべき事柄であるので、五穀はもちろんのこと、むしろ主食となりうる品物の栽培・作付けを致し、万一凶作の年であっても他人の力を借りることなく、各自が支障なく食いつなぐ方法を専ら心がけるよう厚く世話をなさるべきである。
右の趣旨を領分知行のある面々へ触れ知らせるべきである。
二月
右の通り公儀から仰せ出されたので、村役人たちと申し合わせ

小前末々まで能く申し諭し、五穀はもちろんのこと、むしろ主食に相当する品は心がけて植え付け、葉藍その他主食にならない品等は見合わせるべきである。万一凶作の年柄であっても支障が生じないよう厚く世話をなすべきである。
