器具製作や採集、鯨蝋など何でも生産に関わる
ものや港付近などの場所で休憩所や茶店を建てたい
者には任意に派遣する。もちろんその品目に応じて手当
も支給する。なお国益にもなり格別の情けや
廉直さが現れた者については等級に応じて事実を調べ、その人は
身分の取り立てを行い、農工商の輩には地所や家宅等を
渡し、その上賞賜や手当等もある。右の趣旨を
心得て有志の者はその筋まで願い出ること。なお

右の趣旨が仰せ出されたので末端まで漏れなく触れ回すこと
