天機を窺うとして下坂する人々、
供奉・供連同様に左の通り
定められた。正月の戦争
以来、莫大な夫役により
宿駅が難渋していることに付き、
全く立ち帰りの心得をもって万端
簡易にして往来し、下々に
迷惑をかけないよう心得る
べきことである。

Those who go down to Osaka to inquire after His Majesty's condition,
like the imperial attendants and retainers, are established as follows:
Since the January battles,
the enormous corvée labor has caused
the post stations to suffer hardship, therefore
with the complete understanding of returning quickly, all matters
should be conducted simply during travel, so as not to
cause trouble for the common people.
This should be understood.
