堂上方緒候及小吏
陪臣等往来致し候節
随従之者共下部ニ到迄
万一威権ヶ間敷亦者
賄賂等を貪り惣して
不法之振舞有之候ハヽ
早速其筋裁判所又者
ニて向々之役所江可訴出候
若し隠し置後日相顕
候にいゐてハ屹度曲事
可申付もの也

天機窺として下坂之面々
供奉供連同様左之通
被相立候宛正月戦争
現代語訳
宮中の堂上方や諸侯及び小役人
陪臣等が往来する際、
随行する者達、下部に至るまで
万一威権を振りかざすような、または
賄賂等を貪り、総じて
不法な振舞いがあった場合は、
早速その筋の裁判所または
それぞれの役所へ訴え出るべきである。
もし隠し置いて後日発覚した
場合には、きっと罪科を
申し付けるものである。

天機を窺うとして下坂する人々、
供奉・供連同様に左の通り

When court nobles, various lords and minor officials,
retainers and others travel,
even their attendants and servants down to the lowest ranks—
should they abuse their authority or
accept bribes and in general
engage in unlawful conduct,
this should immediately be reported to the appropriate court or
respective offices.
If such matters are concealed and later come to light,
punishment will certainly
be imposed.
