候様被仰下候ニ付聊之品迠茂売払右様御預ヶ金ニ
相成申候其後栗田村文左衛門方ニ忍借有之候故
右預ヶ金之内ニ而返済仕度御談申候処此金子者
兼而申談置候通往々之手当ニ付差当候處者
如何様ニも工夫仕候様被仰下候ニ付板山村ニ而所持仕候
山林相渡引残之処追々年賦ニ而相渡シ申候其余
無拠内借等も有之候得共御金子之儀者養育為
手当御預り置被下誠ニ御深切之思召与存罷在候
然ㇽ処諏方御無尽掛金歳々差支候ニ付御談
申文政四巳年金弐拾両請取右手当ニ仕引残而
金四拾両預ヶ置申候処巳年暮ハ利金無滞
請取午年暮利金御渡被下候様申入候処何分
御渡不被下押而申上漸金壱両請取申候未年
暮茂同様御催促申候所其節も金壱両御渡
被下候全躰親佐兵衛代より近在ニ少々田地も
所持仕候処追々内借方江相渡板山村ニ者今以
少々所持仕候得共御年貢御上納仕候残ハ聊之
儀ニ而暮方余情ニ茂相成兼候故右甚右衛門様
御深切ニ御世被下候金子之利息而已ニ而渡世
仕罷在候処午歳ゟ右金子手違ニ相成候ニ付凌方
難渋仕既当用之衣類器財迠茂代成候而其日

とおっしゃられましたため、わずかな品物まで売り払い、そのように御預かり金に
なりました。その後、栗田村の文左衛門のところに内借りがありましたので、
その預かり金の内で返済したくご相談申し上げましたところ、この金子は
かねて申し合わせ置いた通り、将来の手当てのためのものですから、差し当たりのところは
どのように工夫してもよろしいとおっしゃられましたため、板山村で所持していました
山林を売り渡し、残りの分も追々年賦で売り渡しました。その他
やむを得ない内借りなどもありましたが、御金子のことは養育のための
手当てとしてお預かりくださり、誠にご親切なお心遣いと存じております。
ところが、諏訪御無尽の掛け金が年々差し支えましたため、ご相談
申し上げ、文政四年巳年に金二十両を受け取り、その手当てにいたし、残り
金四十両を預け置きました。ところが巳年の暮れには利金を滞りなく
受け取りましたが、午年の暮れに利金をお渡しくださるよう申し入れましたところ、どうしても
お渡しいただけず、押し切って申し上げてようやく金一両を受け取りました。未年の
暮れも同様にご催促申し上げましたところ、その節も金一両をお渡し
いただきました。もともと父佐兵衛の代から近在に少々田地も
所持していましたが、追々内借りの方へ売り渡し、板山村には今でも
少々所持していますが、御年貢を御上納した残りはわずかな
ことで、暮らし向きの余裕にもなりかねますので、その甚右衛門様が
ご親切にお世話くださった金子の利息だけで暮らし
ておりましたが、午年からその金子が手違いになりましたため、やりくりに
難渋し、すでに日用の衣類や器財まで金に換えて、その日
送りをする程の有様でございますため、申年になってはどうにも
