一 小簗（小さなやな） 一ヶ所
右の件は、芦沢除下川原において井筋川除の御田地等に石の障害とならない場所にございますので、小簗を打ち立てたく願い上げ申し上げます。
右の趣旨について、御慈悲をもって願い上げ申し上げます通り仰せ付けくださいますならば、ありがたい幸せに存じ上げます。以上

右の願書は二十七日に御役所において小野氏のお取次ぎで差し上げ申しました。御聞き届け済み。
