乍恐以口上書奉願上候御事
私義是迄鈴木彦兵衛厄介之御役札ニ而屋根師

恐れながら口上書をもって願い上げ申し上げる件
私は今まで鈴木彦兵衛の扶養の下で御役札により屋根師の
職を営んでおりましたが、この度独立したいと思います。つきましては右の
御役札の書き替えをしていただけますよう願い上げます。
右の趣旨について、御慈悲をもって願い上げます通りお取り計らい
いただけましたなら、ありがたい仕合わせと存じます。以上
