[In the final episode of "Berabo," Tsutaju (Tsutaya Jūzaburō), who had collapsed from beriberi, tells his visiting companions that he wants to be remembered as someone who "made books until he died." This work was among the manuscripts that Tsutaju's wife and clerk were looking at while discussing how that statement wasn't just modesty but his true feelings.]
