御公務之御事旁直様
御用金ニ而も可被
仰出候追々皆とも奉
承知通
御仁恵厚く不一通在町
共御撫育之御源恵ニ而
下々之困苦は何分ニも
御厭ひ被成下候段専一之
御趣意ニ而御用金之義
不被及御沙汰段々御吟味
之上差当り御断り不相立
御借財之分此度四人之者
江御任に相成候其御趣
意は御他借成丈相見合
往々御領内ニ而御勝手御
用相足り候ハヽ無益之金
銭他所江不差出自然は
郷中之潤ひ且は融通
ニも可相成条上下一致シ

御公務の御事などにつき、すぐにでも御用金を申し付けることもできるところ、追々皆共が承知している通り、御仁恵が厚く、並々ならぬ在町共への御撫育の御恩恵により、下々の困窮は何とも御厭いになられる段が専一の御趣意であり、御用金の義については御沙汰に及ばず、段々御吟味の上、差し当たり御断りできない御借財の分について、この度四人の者へ御任せになることとなった。その御趣意は、御他借をできるだけ見合わせ、将来御領内にて御勝手御用が足りるならば、無益な金銭を他所へ差し出さず、自然と郷中の潤いとなり、かつ融通にもなる条件で、上下一致して多力をもって壮励するにおいては、
