ある段 湖田五兵衛の申し立てもあり、厳重に調査をして真相を明らかにしなければ身分が立たない事情があるため、特別な配慮をもってその件については問題にせず、戸締り（謹慎処分）を申し付ける。よって厳重に慎んで過ごすようにせよ。右の趣旨を申し渡すべし。以上
