一 当年書上仕候外壱人も無御座候村中入念一々
取調仕申候処少も相違無御座候若此上ニも
不吟味成儀有之後日及御聞被成候ハヽ其元ゟ
早速御注進可被成候其段御調之上何様之
御咎筋被 仰付候共少も御恨無御座候而為後日
連印証文仍而如件

差し上げ申し上げる一札の件について
一、当年書き上げいたしました以外に一人も存在いたしません。村中入念に一つ一つ取り調べいたしました結果、少しも相違ございません。もしこの上にも調査が不十分な件がございまして、後日お聞き及びになりましたならば、そちらから早速ご注進くださいますよう。その件をお調べの上、どのようなお咎めをお申し付けになりましても、少しもお恨みいたしません。後日のため連印証文といたします。よって件の通り。

Item: There is not a single person other than those recorded in this year's register. We have carefully investigated every individual in the village one by one, and there are no discrepancies whatsoever. Should there be any matter that was inadequately investigated and you hear of it at a later date, please immediately report it from your end. After investigating such matters, whatever punishment you may impose, we shall harbor no resentment whatsoever. We present this joint-signed certificate for future reference. Therefore, as stated above.
