　御寄附当寺え納候
　小岩田村伊与田村【共に江戸川区】は利根川を隔つて下総の国府台の
　古城跡也此所へ至らされ共見る所少し風景ありてあし
　からぬ山なり里見義高の藩番城にて功臣正木大膳と
　いひし人の在城有りし時小田原北条家より大軍にて
　押寄終に落城せしと此辺の土人のいひ伝ひ也何国にても
　百姓家にては旧記といふものあらざれ共いひ伝ひのみにて

その時にお茶を召し上がられ、その御茶碗を下賜されたということで、今は寺の宝物としている。香取明神へ御朱印十石を御寄附し、当寺へ納められている。

小岩田村・伊与田村（共に現在の江戸川区）は利根川を隔てて下総の国府台の古城跡である。この場所へ至らなくとも、見るところ少し風景があって悪くない山である。里見義高の支城で、功臣正木大膳という人が在城していた時、小田原北条家より大軍で押し寄せ、ついに落城したという。これはこの辺りの土地の人の言い伝えである。どこの国でも百姓の家では旧記というものはないが、言い伝えのみで

Koiwada Village and Iyoda Village (both in present-day Edogawa Ward) are separated by the Tone River from the ancient castle ruins of Kōnodai in Shimōsa Province.
