度々飲てよし右本草綱目ニ出ル
一一切の食物にあてられて鼻ゟ血出てもたへくるしむにはねぎをきさミて壱
合水にて能せんしひやしおきて幾度も飲へし血出やむまて用てよし右衛
生易簡ニ出ル
一一切の食物の毒にあたり煩に大つふなる黒大豆を水にてせんし幾度も／飲（用ー天明の度如此）てよし
魚にあたりたるにはいよ〱よし
一一切の食物の毒にあたり煩に赤小豆の黒焼を粉にしてはまくり貝に一ツ程ツヽ
水にて用へし獣の毒にあたりたるには弥よし右千金方に出ル
一菌を喰あてられたるに忍冬の茎葉とも生にてかみ汁をのミてよし
右夷堅志に出ル
右之薬方凶年之節辺土之者雑食の毒にあたり又凶年之後疫病流行
之事あり其為に簡便方を撰むへき旨依被仰付諸書之内ゟ致吟味出也

所村々江被下候写
右ハ当時諸国村々疫病流行いたし又ハ軽キもの共雑食之毒にあたり相煩
難儀候趣相聞候天明四辰年御集法為御救相触候処年久敷事故村々ニ而
致遺失候儀も可有之候ニ付此度為御救右之写猶又村々江領主地頭ゟ可被相触候

▲〇百姓町人之売荷之分宮門跡堂上方其外重キ家柄之絵符手寄を以借受
旅行いたし候儀ハ難相成段其外商人之荷物者飛脚荷物へましへさる様正徳
延享度以来度々触渡置候処近年相弛売荷を武家或ハ宮門跡堂上方等
荷物之体ニ仕成し又ハ百姓町人之身分ニ而右之向々之家来抔と申成し旅行いた
し其外売荷を飛脚荷へましへ候類間々有之候趣相聞不届之事ニ候条以後
右体之取計いたし候ハヽ吟味之上其ものハ勿論絵符先触駄賃帳貸遣し候もの

現代語訳
何度も飲むとよい。右は本草綱目に出ている。
一、あらゆる食物にあたって鼻から血が出て耐え難く苦しむ時は、ねぎを刻んで一合、水でよく煎じて冷ましておき、何度も飲むべし。出血が止まるまで用いるとよい。右は衛生易簡に出ている。
一、あらゆる食物の毒にあたって苦しむ時は、大粒の黒大豆を水で煎じて何度も飲むとよい。魚にあたった時には特によい。
一、あらゆる食物の毒にあたって苦しむ時は、赤小豆の黒焼きを粉にして、はまぐり貝一つ分ほどずつ水で服用すべし。獣の毒にあたった時にはなおよい。右は千金方に出ている。
一、きのこを食べてあたった時は、忍冬の茎葉ともに生のまま噛んで汁を飲むとよい。右は夷堅志に出ている。
右の薬方は、凶作の年に辺境の者が雑食の毒にあたり、また凶作の後に疫病が流行することがあるため、その用心に簡便方を選ぶべき旨、仰せ付けられたことにより、諸書の内から吟味して出したものである。
享保十八辛丑年十二月
右は享保十八辛丑年の飢饉の後、時疫が流行したところ、町奉行所へ板行を仰せ付けられ、御料所の村々へ下された写しである。
右は当時諸国の村々で疫病が流行し、また軽率な者どもが雑食の毒にあたって患い難儀している趣が聞こえ、天明四辰年に御救済法として触れ渡されたところ、年月が久しいことから村々で紛失していることもあり得るため、この度御救済として右の写しを改めて村々へ領主・地頭から触れ渡すべし候。
四月
○百姓・町人の売り荷の分について、宮門跡・堂上方その他重い家柄の絵符・手寄を以て借り受け、旅行することは成り難い段、その他商人の荷物を飛脚荷物に紛れ込ませないよう、正徳・延享度以来度々触れ渡し置いたところ、近年緩んで、売り荷を武家或いは宮門跡・堂上方等の荷物の体裁に仕立て、また百姓・町人の身分でありながら右の方々の家来などと名乗って旅行し、その他売り荷を飛脚荷に紛れ込ませる類がしばしばある趣が聞こえ、不届きなことである。今後右のような取り計らいをした場合は、吟味の上、その者はもちろん、絵符・先触・駄賃帳を貸し渡した者まで厳重に処分する。右の趣を触れ渡すべし候。
五月
○去る辰年、油方改革の儀云々触れ渡したところ、以後問屋並びに仕入方の者へ直接売り渡すべき旨の御触れ。

英語訳
Drink this repeatedly as beneficial. This is found in the Bencao Gangmu (Compendium of Materia Medica).
1. When suffering unbearably from nosebleeds caused by food poisoning, chop green onions (one gō measure), decoct well in water, let cool, and drink repeatedly until bleeding stops. This is found in the Weisheng Yijian (Simple Guide to Health).
2. For suffering from food poisoning, decoct large black soybeans in water and drink repeatedly. This is especially effective for fish poisoning.
3. For suffering from food poisoning, burn red azuki beans to charcoal, powder them, and take about one clamshell's worth at a time with water. This is particularly good for animal poisoning. This is found in the Qianjin Fang (Thousand Gold Prescriptions).
4. For mushroom poisoning, chew honeysuckle stems and leaves raw and swallow the juice. This is found in the Yijian Zhi.
The above medicinal prescriptions were compiled by examining various texts upon receiving orders to select simple remedies for times when people in remote areas suffer from eating inappropriate foods during famine years, and for when epidemics break out after famines.
Kyōhō 18, Year of the Metal Ox, 12th month
The above is a copy distributed to villages in government territories, ordered to be block-printed by the town magistrate's office when epidemics spread after the famine of Kyōhō 18, Year of the Metal Ox.
Since epidemics are currently spreading in villages throughout the country, and we hear that careless people are suffering from eating inappropriate foods, this was issued as relief measures in Tenmei 4, Year of the Dragon. Since much time has passed, these may have been lost in villages, so this copy is being redistributed as relief measures through feudal lords and local administrators.
4th month
○Regarding peasants and townspeople's commercial goods: traveling using borrowed travel permits and letters of introduction from imperial princes, court nobles, and other high-ranking households is not permitted. Also, merchants' goods should not be mixed with courier packages. This has been proclaimed repeatedly since the Shōtoku and Enkyō eras. Recently these rules have become lax, with people disguising commercial goods as belongings of military houses, imperial princes, court nobles, etc., or peasants and townspeople falsely claiming to be retainers of such households while traveling, and mixing commercial goods with courier packages. This is improper conduct. Henceforth, anyone engaging in such practices will be investigated and strictly punished, including those who lend out travel permits, advance notices, and transport fee ledgers.
5th month
○Regarding oil trade reforms proclaimed last Dragon year, henceforth goods should be sold directly to wholesalers and purchasing agents.
