〇銀具他所ニ而売買致間敷旨銀座并下買之者売渡下銀ハ銀座ニ而可買受旨

田沼主殿頭殿へ被仰達候処当六日主殿頭殿へ御留守居共御呼出ニ付小林又右衛門罷出候処以来別段ニ
大目付中ゟ御廻達在之候様大目付中へ被仰渡候旨御付札を以被仰出候

○銀具を他所で売買してはならない旨、銀座並びに下買いの者、売り渡し下銀は銀座で買い受けるべき旨

One, Regarding all daimyo houses: concerning documents and notifications issued by the senior inspectors (ōmetsuke), matters concerning your house have until now been communicated through circular notices distributed uniformly to seats in the great hall. However, from now on, when such circular notices are issued, it is desired that your house be separately notified through special separate documents. When this was communicated to the current monthly duty officer, Tanuma Tonomo-no-kami, on the 6th of this month Tonomo-no-kami summoned the resident representatives, and Kobayashi Mataemon attended. It was then proclaimed through an official notice that henceforth the senior inspectors would issue separate circular communications.
