各所に倒壊した家が見受けられるものの、内藤新宿・成子町辺りまで大きな被害はなし。もっとも玉川上水の万年樋の石垣が損傷し、水があふれる。天王横丁よりさめがはし辺りの損傷が多い。青山善光寺前通りは大いに損傷。道玄坂町・渋谷・北沢・桐ヶ谷・下目黒辺りまで少し損傷。また長者が丸・笄橋辺り少し、日が窪・龍土辺り皆々少しずつ崩れる所が各所に見られる。麻布は一帯崩壊少なく、広尾・白金・目黒辺りも何れも少しずつ崩れた所あり。
《第十五》本郷・湯島辺りは少しずつ崩れた所が各所に見受けられるが、格別のことなし。もっとも麹室（麹蔵）が崩えて損傷甚だし。小石川境・菊坂・下田町は崩壊多し。
《第十六》駒込・千駄木辺りは各所少しずつ崩れる。白山下より指ヶ谷町・下富坂は崩壊多く、巣鴨・染井辺りは崩壊少なし。王子・板橋辺りまで少しずつ崩れあり。
《第十七》小石川御門外は水府御屋敷（水戸藩邸）百軒長屋、向かい側御屋敷残らず崩壊、五六軒焼失。牛天神下・諏訪町より安藤坂辺りすべて崩れ多く、龍閑橋にて松平讃岐守様御屋敷焼失。そこより伝通院通りは崩壊少なく、裏門通りは崩壊多し。小日向・水道町・関口・音羽は崩壊が各所に見受けられる。目白・椎名町は差し障りなし。牛込寺町辺り各所崩れ、改代町は大崩壊なり。なお市谷・高田辺りは低い所のみ崩れた所多し。

Collapsed houses were visible in various locations, but there was no major damage as far as Naito-Shinjuku and Naruko-cho areas. However, the stone wall of the Mannen-hi (a permanent sluice) of the Tamagawa Aqueduct was damaged and water overflowed. There was considerable damage around Tenno-yokocho and Samegahashi. The street in front of Aoyama Zenkoji Temple suffered great damage. There was minor damage extending through Dogenzaka-cho, Shibuya, Kitazawa, Kirigaya, and Shimo-Meguro. In addition, slight collapses were seen in various spots around Chojagamaru, Kogai-bashi, Higakubo, and Ryudo. Azabu overall had relatively little collapse, and there were only minor collapses scattered around Hiroo, Shirokanedai, and Meguro.
《Section 15》 Around Hongo and Yushima, minor collapses were visible in various places, but nothing particularly serious. However, the koji storehouse (mold-cultivation room) collapsed and suffered severe damage. The areas of Koishikawa-sakai, Kikuzaka, and Shimoda-cho suffered many collapses.
《Section 16》 Around Komagome and Sendagi, there were minor collapses in various places. From below Hakusan through Sashigaya-cho and Shimo-Tomizaka, collapses were numerous, while Sugamo and Somei had relatively few collapses. Minor collapses were found all the way to Oji and Itabashi.
《Section 17》 Outside Koishikawa Gate, the Suifu (Mito domain) residence's row tenement houses of one hundred units, and all the residences on the opposite side, collapsed completely, with five or six buildings burned. From below Ushitenjin Shrine through Suwa-cho to Ando-zaka, collapses were widespread. At Ryukan-bashi, the residence of Matsudaira Sanuki-no-kami burned. From there, Dentsu-in-dori had few collapses, while the back gate street had many collapses. Collapses were seen in various spots around Kohinata, Suido-cho, Sekiguchi, and Otowa. Mejiro and Shiina-cho were unaffected. Various collapses occurred in the Ushigome-tera-cho area, and Kaishinro-cho suffered major collapse. Furthermore, in the Ichigaya and Takada areas, collapses were numerous only in low-lying areas.
