各所で倒壊した家屋が見受けられるが、内藤新宿成子町辺りまでは大きな被害はない。ただし玉川上水の万年樋の石垣が損傷し、水が溢れている。天王横丁から鮫ヶ橋辺りの損傷は多い。青山善光寺前通りは大いに損傷し、道玄坂町、渋谷、北沢、桐ヶ谷下、目黒辺りまで少し損傷している。また長者ヶ丸、笄橋辺りは少し、日ヶ窪、龍土辺りは皆少しずつ崩れている所が諸所に見える。麻布は全体的に崩壊が少なく、広尾、白金、目黒辺りも何れも少しずつ崩れた所がある。
【区域十五】本郷、湯島辺りは少々崩れた所が諸所に見受けられるが、格別のことはない。ただし麹室（こうじむろ）が潰れて損失は甚だしい。小石川境、菊坂下、田町は崩壊が多い。
【区域十六】駒込、千駄木辺りは諸所で少しずつ崩れ、白山下から指ヶ谷町下、富坂は崩壊が多く、巣鴨、染井辺りは崩壊が少ない。王子、板橋辺りまで少しずつ崩れがある。
【区域十七】小石川御門外は水戸藩邸、百軒長屋、向かい側の屋敷が全て崩壊し、五、六軒が焼失。牛天神下、諏訪町から安藤坂辺りは全て崩れが多く、龍慶橋、松平讃岐守様の屋敷が焼失。それから伝通院通りは崩れが少なく、裏門通りは崩れが多い。小日向水屋町、関口音羽は崩れが諸所に見受けられる。目白椎名町は被害なし。牛込辺りは諸所で崩れ、改代町は大崩壊。市谷、高田辺りは低い所のみ崩れた所が多い。

Collapsed houses can be seen in various places, but there is no major damage up to Naito-Shinjuku Naruko-cho area. However, the stone walls of the Bankei-hi (eternal aqueduct) of the Tamagawa water supply have been damaged and water is overflowing. There is much damage from Tenno-yokocho to the Samegahashi area. The road in front of Aoyama Zenkoji Temple is greatly damaged, and there is slight damage extending to Dogenzaka-cho, Shibuya, Kitazawa, Kirigaya-shita, and the Meguro area. Also, there is slight collapse at Chojagamaru and Kogai-bashi areas, and at Higakubo and Ryudo areas, with collapsed spots visible in various places. In Azabu, there is generally little collapse, and in Hiroo, Shirogane, and Meguro areas, there are also spots with slight collapse here and there.
[Section 15] In the Hongo and Yushima areas, places with some collapse can be seen in various locations, but nothing particularly serious. However, the koji-muro (fermentation chambers) collapsed, causing tremendous losses. In Koishikawa-sakai, Kikuzaka-shita, and Ta-machi, there is much collapse.
[Section 16] In the Komagome and Sendagi areas, various places collapsed slightly. From Hakusan-shita to Sashigatani-cho-shita and Tomizaka, there is much collapse, while in Sugamo and Somei areas there is little collapse. There is gradual collapse up to the Oji and Itabashi areas.
[Section 17] Outside Koishikawa Gate, the Mito domain residence, hundred-unit row houses, and the residence across from them all collapsed, with five or six houses burned. From Ushi-tenjin-shita and Suwa-cho to the Ando-zaka area, there is much collapse throughout. Ryukei-bashi and the residence of Matsudaira Sanuki-no-kami burned down. From there, Dentsuin-dori has little collapse, but Uramon-dori has much collapse. In Kohinata Mizuya-cho and Sekiguchi On'nawa, collapse can be seen in various places. Mejiro Shiina-cho has no damage. Around Ushigome, various places collapsed, and Kaitai-cho suffered major collapse. In the Ichigaya and Takada areas, only low-lying places have many collapsed spots.
